Chokolit Company by Louis Barnett, created the supermarket chains from the age of 14! He named it 'Chokolit' due to him being dyslexic and couldn't spell (which is quite sweet, excuse the pun)Born and bred in Staffordshire and got himself certified with Callebaut Chocolate Academy. http://www.callebaut.com/ (a Belgium company that are the main suppliers for chocolate.)
